Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Clinovant account and all associated data.

You can delete your Clinovant account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

Open the Clinovant app and sign in.
On the home screen, tap Account & Privacy.
Under Danger zone, tap Delete my account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account (or include your username) at:

Subject: “Clinovant account deletion request”. We may verify your identity before deleting.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

your account and login credentials;
all your cases, including their combined medical reports;
all session recordings' transcripts and session summaries;
all exported PDF reports stored in our cloud storage; and
associated metadata (case titles, timestamps, patient names).

Data retention after deletion

Once you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Residual copies may persist for a limited period in encrypted backups and in third-party processor systems before being erased in the ordinary course, and we may retain a minimal record where required by law.
